Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3 business days and will generally arrive within 10 business days.
International orders may take longer.
Grinders are shipped by Fedex Ground, unless otherwise requested for an additional charge.
A tracking number will always be emailed to you for Fedex Ground shipments so please make sure
we have your correct email address. Be sure to check your spam folder.
Small items like spare parts are shipped by USPS First Class mail.
FREE Shipping
Free shipping applies only to orders shipped by Fedex Ground to a physical address within the contiguous 48 US States.
Please request a quote for expedited shipping or if you would like your package delivered to a po box or outside of the
contiguous 48 US States. Small items also qualify for free shipping if shipped within the US.
International Orders
If you are a Canadian resident, please email to request a shipping quote. For items shipped by US Postal Service, you
will be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at time of delivery. Duties and taxes for Fedex shipments will be included
in the shipping quote. Should you receive a bill from Fedex requesting payment of duties and taxes, please do not
pay it so that it may be automatically forwarded to us. Due to the high cost of shipping and risk of damage, we are unable to ship to countries outside
of the US except for Canada.
Backorders
We stock all of our products--we do not dropship. This means that shipment of your order will never be delayed unless
"On Backorder" is specifically stated on the product page, in which case you will know in advance before deciding to make
the purchase.
Returns
We understand that in some cases, a product return may be necessary. Returns are accepted under the conditions stated below.
Incorrect item shipped - Please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your shipment) if an error
is made with your order. We will ship out the correct product and make arrangements for you to return the incorrect item, at
our cost.
Damaged in transit - If your grinder arrives damaged, please contact us as well as the carrier immediately.
Save all packaging as the carrier may need to inspect it for damage. We will assist you with filing an
insurance claim. Please understand that the claim process may take some time. We will be happy to send you a replacement
of the damaged item, if it is still in stock, once the claim has been settled. Or, if you cannot wait for the receipt of your
grinder, you may want to make a 2nd purchase and we will issue a refund for the 1st purchase once the claim is settled.
Warranty - Every grinder is automatically covered by an unconditional 1-year replacement warranty.
Please keep all original packaging should your item need to be returned for repair or replacement within the warranty period.

Not satisfied with product - Should you wish to return an unused item, please email us for a return authorization.
Unused items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order for a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. An additional fee may be charged if your return does not comply.
Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. If your item qualified for free shipping, your refund will be
decreased by the amount of the original shipping. We are unable to accept returns of used grinders at this time.
After 5 days, all sales are final.
Undeliverable package - If delivery is attempted but the package is refused or not picked up in a timely manner, or
if an incorrect shipping address was provided, we will notify you of the next delivery attempt. If the package is returned
to us as refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
