This #22 head electric meat grinder has a whopping 1.5 horsepower. This gear-driven unit grinds over 700 lbs per hour.
All parts that come into contact with the meat, including the feed pan, head, auger, cutting plate, and blade, are stainless
steel. I can't imagine any type of meat, no matter how gristly, how fatty, or how fibrous bogging this machine down, but it
does come with a reverse switch for easy unjamming. Head is completely removable for convenient cleaning.
